NGK Law Attorney David Grebel recently resolved a case for a 35-year-old man that was rendered a quadriplegic by a falling tree branch for the full insurance policy limits of $16 million.
Attorney David Grebel filed suit in the case and learned that the tree branch that injured NGK Law’s client fell from a tree which should have been maintained by the mobile home park at which the client’s sister lived. The injured client was mowing the grass at his sister’s house for Mother’s Day when the tree branch unexpectedly fell and struck him in the head.
Attorney David Grebel found experts to provide lifecare plans showing the significant amount of medical treatment required of the client due to his quadriplegia.
After only a year of litigation, the confidential insurance company and confidential mobile home park paid the full insurance policy limits of $16 million to resolve the case.
